About ME

I am a seasoned product manager with GovTech, heavy industry, and enterprise platform experience. I operate at the intersection of business strategy and AI systems architecture. I keep the business and strategic goals aligned when I build solutions that survive contact with the real world.

I ask the right questions early, understand what each party actually needs, and build structures where misaligned stakeholders can move together: executives, engineers, government partners, and the AI systems now working alongside them.

I am human-centered and commercially rigorous. I think in systems, operate with integrity, and communicate across disciplines. I've negotiated a €1M commercial agreement in the boardroom and worked alongside engineers to redesign how an organization communicates at scale. I structure and govern enterprise knowledge so it's ready for the AI systems built on top of it.

I'm most effective where the problem is ambiguous, the stakes are high, and the solution requires someone who can speak every language in the room: business, engineering, and machine.

APPROACH

I don't take problems at face value. I trace a misalignment back to its source: why the current solution isn't working, and why the two sides can't see each other clearly. The answer is rarely technical. It's almost always human.

I design for adoption, not just delivery. A platform nobody uses, a governance model nobody follows, or an AI tool nobody trusts doesn't count. I build with the people who will live with the solution, test early, and adjust before scaling.

I treat AI as a system, not a feature. Before any model goes in, content needs a structure people can navigate, an owner who keeps it current, an end date, and permissions that hold up once an AI starts reading everything. The model comes last.
