About ME

I work at the intersection of commercial strategy and enterprise technology — translating competing interests, cultural complexity, and technical ambiguity into durable partnerships and measurable growth.

With 15+ years spanning heavy industry, federal consulting, and digital transformation, I've learned that the most complex problems rarely need more sophistication. They need someone who asks the right questions early, understands what each party actually needs, and builds structures where misaligned stakeholders can move together.

My approach is human-centered and commercially rigorous. I think in systems, operate with integrity, and communicate across disciplines — whether I'm in a boardroom negotiating a €1M commercial agreement or working alongside engineers to redesign how an organization communicates at scale.

I'm most effective where the problem is ambiguous, the stakes are high, and the solution requires someone who can speak every language in the room.

APPROACH

I don't take problems at face value. My first instinct is always to ask why — why the misalignment exists, why the current solution isn't working, why the two sides can't see each other clearly. The answer is rarely technical. It's almost always human.

I've spent my career in rooms where people speak different languages — not just linguistically, but commercially, culturally, and operationally. My job is to make those rooms productive.
